Order can be canceled at any time before your confirmed payment and before status will be changed to "confirmed". To cancel, go to "Back Office - Orders", click on "Cancel" or "Delete".

Even if you confirmed the order, it is still possible to cancel it by giving us a call within one hour, and if our staff did not purchase it.

 

In case of cancelation, all money will be returned back to your balance.
