Placing and requirements to banners

1. Banners with and without graphic and animation
1.1. File type without animation	JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF
1.2. File type with animation	GIF, SWF (Flash)
1.3. Flash version	Adobe Flash Player версий 4–10.1. и новее
1.4. Max file size, kb	60 125 200
1.5. Picture size, pixels	175x 175, 175 х 350, 160 х 600

2. Duration and speed of animation:
2.1. Duration should not exceed 25 seconds
2.2. Animations can be played cyclically, but no longer 25 seconds.
2.3. GIF-banners speed not more than 5 frames per second.
2.4. Flash-banners speed not more than 20 frames per second.

3. Quality
3.1. Content should be directly related to the advertised item. 3.2. Images and videos should be clear and understandable, with legible text. 3.3. Do not use vague, blurry and illegible images. 3.4. Do not use flickering, flashing background and other irritating effects.

Breaching the rules
Materials that violate the rules will be rejected with an explanation of the reasons. Refused banner will need to fix and carries his again to check.
